Return Policy
Custom and Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Purchases from our inventory may be returned for repair only. In extremely special cases where the jewelry cannot be repaired, an exchange or store credit can be made with prior expressed approval. We do not give refunds, but do offer an exchange if the item is returned within 10 business days from the day receipt. The item must be in the original condition without any wear or tear. Honestly, customer satisfaction is our main priority. Each case will be handled on an individual basis.
